Make sure everyone is safe

If there are injuries, call 911 first. Move to a safe spot if you can.

Document the scene

Photos of damage, plates, and the surrounding area. Names and contact info of everyone involved + witnesses.

Call the right line

Then call us

Once the claim is open, call PCI. We coordinate with the insurer, follow up on the file, and keep you informed every step.
